Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

We are a furniture manufacturer based in Jodhpur, India, specializing in solid wood, leather, metal, hospitality, restaurant, hotel and custom furniture. Our factory employs more than 400 skilled artisans and exports worldwide.

Do you offer custom furniture?

Yes. We specialize in custom furniture manufacturing and can adjust dimensions, finishes, materials, colors, designs, packaging, shipping marks and branding according to your requirements.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our standard MOQ is a 20ft container. Mixed container orders are welcome, allowing customers to combine different furniture collections and product categories in one shipment.

Do you provide samples?

No, we do not provide product samples.

Instead, we encourage customers to visit our factory in Jodhpur, India, where they can inspect our production facilities, materials, craftsmanship and finished products in person.

Can I visit your factory in Jodhpur India?

Absolutely. We warmly welcome visitors to our furniture factory in Jodhpur.

Our production manager and co-owner, Rohit, will personally guide you through the factory, explain the manufacturing process and answer any questions you may have.

Can you help arrange accommodation during my visit?

Yes. We can recommend suitable hotels in Jodhpur and assist you in planning your factory visit, so your trip to India is easier and better organized.

What if I cannot travel to India?

No problem. We regularly arrange live video calls and FaceTime tours of our factory, showroom, production process, materials and products.

Do you have representatives in Europe?

Yes. Petra van Giersbergen and Mohit Joshi live and work in Europe and provide direct support for European customers.

Mohit is also a co-owner of Akku Art Exports, ensuring smooth communication between our European clients and our manufacturing team in India.

Can I see your products in Europe?

Yes. Selected products can be viewed at our partner location in France.

Which materials do you use?

We primarily work with solid mango wood, acacia wood, teak wood, metal, genuine buffalo leather, faux leather and premium upholstery fabrics.

Do you manufacture hospitality furniture?

Yes. We manufacture hospitality furniture for hotels, restaurants, cafés, resorts, bars, retail stores and commercial interior projects worldwide.

How do you ensure quality?

Every product undergoes multiple quality inspections throughout production and before container loading to ensure consistent quality standards, structural integrity and export-ready finishing.

What is your production lead time?

Our average door-to-port total lead time to Europe is approximately 90 to 100 days. The exact timeline depends on whether the order is a mixed container or a single SKU high-volume container.

What is the lead time for mixed container orders?

For mixed 20ft or 40ft container orders, the total lead time is usually 90 to 110 days.

Manufacturing and production usually take 35 to 45 days. India customs and port handling usually take 6 to 7 working days. Ocean freight transit from India to Europe usually takes 40 to 50 days.

What is the lead time for single SKU container orders?

For single SKU container orders with high volume per item, the total lead time is usually 75 to 90 days.

What are your payment terms?

To start factory production efficiently, we follow a standard international payment structure for both 20ft and 40ft container orders.

A 30% advance deposit is required to start the production line. The remaining 70% balance payment is due once the container is shipped on board against standard shipping documents.

Do you offer a product warranty?

Yes. We provide a 5-year structural warranty on every type of furniture we manufacture, covering structural integrity and craftsmanship.

How is your furniture packed for export?

Our standard export packaging is included. We use heavy-duty 7-ply and 9-ply carton boxes reinforced with high-density 52 GSM bubble wrap and protective foam.

Full corner and edge protection is applied to help ensure that products survive ocean transit safely.

Do you offer e-commerce or drop-shipping packaging?

Yes. If you require specialized mail-order packaging designed to withstand individual local courier handling, we can offer custom drop-ship packing.

Charges vary depending on product size, weight and packaging requirements and can be quoted upon request.

Can you add custom logos or branding?

Yes. We can apply specific client logos, custom shipping marks or branding to packaging or selected furniture items for a nominal extra fee.

Which countries do you export to?

We export worldwide, including Europe, the United Kingdom, North America, Australia and the Middle East.

How can I request a quotation?
